Rocco’s Pizza is one of the last few branded companies to still make our pizza dough fresh in store every day.

Every great thing has a solid foundation, and has to start from the bottom, and here at Rocco's we do it exactly the same! Our dough has its own signature recipe, that has been perfected over 35 years, to give you the finest quality and taste.

Any information provided to Roccos Pizza shall not be passed onto any third party for any purpose. Credit/Debit card transactions are processed externally and no sensitive data is saved or kept by Roccos. Any such information is transmitted to and from Roccos in encrypted form using industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections to help protect such information from interception.

Payment can be made via our secure check out pages using your credit or debit card. Your card will be debited at the moment you place your order and receive confirmation.

By placing your order with Roccos Pizza UK LTD, you are in turn accepting all stated t&c's.

Delivery Times

Our goal is to provide the best pizza delivery service in the market. Unfortunately things don’t always go to plan and factors, such as, weather and traffic conditions occasionally prevent us from achieving this. We normally aim to deliver your food within 45 minutes from when you order has been accepted. 

Refund Policy

In the event of Roccos needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your account within 7 – 10 working days.

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel an order at any time up until either:

  1. In the case of any advance order (which is/are order(s) placed more than 1 day before a requested delivery date), up to 1 day before the order is due to be delivered; or
  2. In the case of same day orders and deliveries, within a reasonable time (usually just a matter of minutes) and before the order becomes a Bad Order.

A Roccos’ Franchisee will classify a bad order as any order in which is cancelled after food has been used to start preparing the order (a “Bad Order”).

Customers can cancel an order by telephoning the relevant Store to cancel the order. An order may be subsequently cancelled by a Roccos’ Franchisee in his/her/its sole discretion after you have been presented with the Confirmation Screen. Roccos’ and the Roccos’ Franchisees reserve the right to cancel any order, before or after acceptance, and will notify you immediately of any such cancellation.

You will not be charged for cancelled orders made in accordance with these cancellation provisions. Any payment made prior to an order being cancelled by Roccos’ or a Roccos’ Franchisee will usually be reimbursed using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any order cancelled after the point in which the order becomes a Bad Order will be charged to the customer and no refund will be due to the customer.

The Roccos’ Franchisee in its sole discretion will determine whether an order is a Bad Order or not.
